I do agree in what you are talking about. My first love of my life came back after many years. I prayed for a good man to come into my life releasing it And not knowing that it was going to be him. After I could not Believe it and started to get anxiety, I started To write down some affirmations and as time went by the way I was thinking shifted and the negative thoughts went away and I was able to lean on my feminine side and now I will be leaving to Florida to be with him in a committed relationship with my first love and hopefully be married to him. I have learned so much from you Helena. Thank you

Thank you so much Helena. This is exactly what I was asking about yesterday in your livestream. I’m not working rn bc I have a new baby and I’m already single and I really appreciate the discounted rate for the new meditations with Anya and I’m really trying to create the love that I crave but I’m certainly understanding that I have limiting beliefs bc I attracted the father of my baby who turned out not to love me for me, abandoned me, and before that, argued with me in a toxic way while saying he loved me. I also have this relationship with money. I feel like I’m always covered for everything that I need but I have never felt like I can take care of myself and have extra. I find that I always need help from my mom. This is a theme in my whole life and I’m 33. With a masters degree and I was even beginning my career. I am going to restructure my beliefs for 30 days. I have already given myself permission to love the memories I shared with him, so that I could be in a higher vibration instead of resentment. I’ve been watching sooo many of your vids. I even purchased Everheart’s abcs to get him back. I started coffee dates and practicing all I’m learning on guys. This is consuming me rn bc I really want the love I desire and a loving father for my beautiful happy son. I even took it one step further and listen to Abraham hicks on youtube about the law of attraction. Again thank you for your videos. I love how authentic and sweet you are. Your energy is really soothing. And I am really loving your new integration to the more esoteric healing practices that you and Anya are getting into. I know you’re business is going to skyrocket without you having to do much because of the difference in your vibe from other coaches. But what do you think about karma and lessons etc that a person have to experience vs how much a person can change or manifest these things like love/a good partner..? this bothers me for a long time .... thinking about karma and also manifesting .

Great question, Laura! I personally don’t believe in karma, but that’s just my own personal opinion. I believe we have to power to create our own reality in an attraction-based universe (not an assertion-based universe). That’s what resonates with me, but I’d encourage you to find what feels best to YOU. ❤️
