In the mountains is North Carolina there are synchronized lightning bugs that come out sometime in May/June. You’ll be able to see them next year if you’re at your place in Boone most likely. Great shot of STL and the sunset in Kentucky.

SO much fun!! I’m m loving seeing what y’all get up to!! Just a little tip, here in Australia u have to have dogs restrained in a car-them actually clipped in-because they can be a very heavy moving projectile if god forbid ur ever in an accident. I would imagine especially so with big dogs. Just something to think about-I know it isn’t the law where you guys are, just thinking about u awesome Maass’s and ur gorgeous dogs!!!

I live in Burleson, Texas and also as a kid I caught lightning bugs put them in a Mason jar and poked holes. Definitely good times. Before electronics took over . Love the new channel. You can get special car door protectors to prevent the doggie scratches and slobber. The bathroom issue might relieve itself if the dogs are able to increase activity a bit, perhaps stops at fenced dog parks to give them a run, sniff around and bathroom breaks. You guys are covering a lot of territory. Are you able to perhaps include an animated travel map of where you have been and where you travelling to as I’m not that familiar with the location of the states in the middle of USA. You have viewers all around the world!!

It seems like just a year or so ago that we discussed this in one of your livestreams back in the old house. My how time has flown, eh? My head is spinning though; how many states did you hit in less than a week? Was there an itinerary? I'm literally in shock. Yinz need to stretch your legs! Speaking of green places, if you ever make it out to southwestern Pennsylvania I think you'd really like Ohiopyle State Park down near the Maryland border. There's a small town there where you can see the rapids, watch people white water raft, walk across the Youghiogheny river and gorge on two bridges on a section of the Great Allegheny Passage, take a short nature hike and even rent bicycles. Also, less than a half hour away is Frank Lloyd Wright's famous house "Falling Water." There's literally a waterfall in the living room. You have to schedule a tour beforehand though.

Well, we passed right through Georgia, Tennessee, stopped in Kentucky, then through Missouri, Iowa, Illinois, and stopped in Nebraska. Now we’re in South Dakota and we are here for several days before we head to Wyoming, Utah, California, Etc.

Wow this is crazy how similar everything is between our families! This is proof we are not following your lead on this one because we left Jacksonville Feb 22nd. We have been traveling in our RV ever since. You guys have really made such a positive impact on our family right down to our pediatrician 💙 THANKS We are at an RV resort right now by the ocean in Monterrey CA! We stayed at a Harvest Host Olive Oil Farm yesterday in N California! We not only both have Silverado 2500's but total towing length is about 60 ft 🤣 CONGRATS this is super exciting & exactly what you have been meaning to do for a long time! You really need to visit Michigan! Our great lake are incredible. So many state parks along Lake Michigan's lakeshore. Just like Florida but FRESH water!!! The U.P. and Mackinac Island are a must see!! Abby is doing so great on the trip. I hope your puppies are good travelers.

Thanks! Life is short and I think we owe it to ourselves to “do all the things.” I think my turning point was when I was working 70-80 hrs a week an hour away from home. I’d leave before the kids woke up and get home after they were going to bed. A few years of that and I realized the money I was making wasn’t nearly as important as the time I was missing out on. Everything we do now is with that in mind.
