Not to be a pooper but I'm just gonna throw some stuff out there: 2:11 hiss sounds like someone breathing in from their nose, the hiss also starts to fade out around the same time you would stop inhaling through your nose to breath out. (you then hear him starting to breath out just before he gets scared. I think it might just be someone breathing normally and being on edge. The K-2 falls over after you move, and I believe you actually hit the skirting board with your foot. So that's what caused it to fall. 9:20 kind of sounds like a car revving. In fact I'm like 90% sure that is a car from outside. I reckon if they fixed the doors and put some better handles on, the doors wont keep opening. I've looked at those and they really do just open with the smallest of force. You don't even have to pull the handle down to open, can just gently pull a lot of them and they open. It's probably just a draft, same thing used to happen in my old house. Sorry for being so cynical lol

The k2 I'm with you on that one and I even mention that I move and it could have disturbed the floorboards. As for the hiss, Griff was all alone in the room, he said that the noise was right in his ear, now this isn't the only person that has reported something like this happening, even our mate Stiff had something growl in his ear so it's not uncommon. As for the car noise, again we can only go with what Dave said as he states that it came from in front of him on the stairs. I was in the back bedroom and didn't hear a car, I believe Griff said he heard something but from memory it was Dave that states "it happened right in front of me" 🤷 As for the door handles, I've seen that happen many times with other teams and I've said the exact same thing that it's just a cheap handle and draft causing it but the 2 bangs that follow it that moved the house really did scare the shit out of us 😱 No worries bringing stuff up like this and debunking it, this is at the end of the day the best we've caught, we will keep trying for that holy grail, an apparition 👻

@@TheOuijaBrothers Yeah that loud bang I couldn't really debunk other than maybe coming from next door. I live in a block of flats and sometimes if a neighbor slams a door two stories above us, it shakes the walls and is real loud. So it could have been a slammed door or something. Shame you can't get the neighbors to go somewhere when investigating just so you can rule them out entirely. Been thinking about going here anyways but, bit pricey.

The best ever laugh I ever had from 30 East Drive was exploring with Danny with his mate Andy when they summoned the Monk and the Nun and Andy got dragged into the kitchen best laugh I ever had as they where shit scared but would love who played the nun and monk that was a total fake . All the East drive I have seen nothing has been faked but I must admit there has been some scary moments that I had seen like yourself Griff and Ste and the others except for the 2 I mentioned .

With the k2 metre when it went back against the wall, it wasn’t like it was before, it was more upright the first time, making it more likely to fall down with vibrations, when put back against the wall it was more slanted making it more secure.

The K2 falling, could simply be because your mate is standing on the same floorboard, just the other end of it. If you took back the carpet and had a look to see which way the boards are layed, I think you'll find they're running parallel with the bed. I think you can see the carpet right next to the other K2 meter giving this away, as there's a line in it, in that direction🤔...😘

The last but one clip where you hear something shuffle, could it have possibly been the Crispy Creme doughnut box lid lifting? you may need to look back at your footage to see if the lid was closed as your were walking in.
