HAhahahahaha I've walked through the house and already HEARED.. (shit fucked up, we haven't added sounds in yet at this point... uh shit shit..) I have FELT a horrible feeling here. (yes! saved it, that was close) Anybody ever thought about the fact that there's a house right next to it, since these are older houses, the seperating walls wouldn't be that thick, ever thought of how people live in the house next to it, ever thought that MAYBE they're fucking with you, by running up and down the stairs loudly, banging on a wall every now and then, just talking to eachother....

In defence to Griff he is always messing up his sentences when he is abit tense. Has done for the last 2 years. If we go by your theory that we add sounds into our videos why did Griff stop himself and not carry on with hearing the sounds as I would have added them in during editing? The problem with the noises in that house is the bangs thumps come from the opposite side of the house where nothing is connected to it.

The common wall shared with nextdoor may explain the footsteps & noises (especially going upstairs). The owner is making big bucks by the house being "haunted". Could he be in partnership with Carol the nextdoor neighbour? Could he be paying her to give people the house keys together with creating the "paranormal" footsteps & noises heard through the common wall? After all she has lived there for 30+ years.

Griff, I always like Steven and your video's since you use the old fashion talk and listen technique. You did basically prove one thing and that is you do not get spirit interaction on each and every investigation. I also like that you do not try and pass off things like the rain dripping as spirits making the noises. There are way to many paranormal sites who try to pull the wool over there audiences eye's by passing off everyday noises as paranormal. When a group catches stuff on every investigation I start to wonder if what they are showing is real or just put in for the ratings (views) so they can earn money. I would rather see a group be truthful and say straight out that nothing happened. There needs to be more groups like yours. Keep up the good work and as you say "PEACE"✌

I'm sure the clear plastic toy ball was up against the wall in Ste lone vigil at 7:27 and 13:28 in Part 1 (unless Ste kicked it by accident). The ball certainly wasn't up against the wall in this video it's in the middle of the room in Part 2 at 3:46 and 15:53 . Great Job you guys.

Just at the start of the show there is a clear woman speaking saying "Is there a way down?" is it near by or a disembodied voice at time 0:07...sorry i just picked up on it as you hear the footsteps? So love this placee and thank you.The noise at time 7:38 when slowed down sounds like a gruff man saying "Ger out!" the end T sound is very prominent.Sorry the voice is Carol next door at 0:07 and later in the show

I think alot of the noises can be coming from the neighbours but the thuds we get from the one bedroom is on the opposite side of the house that isn't connected to the next door neighbours house. You can tell when they are from carols house. You should go there to see for yourself 🙂

Griff, are sure that voice was Carol's from next door? Because to me as your describing the little girl you saw, with headphones on I heard a little girl's voice telling you to go upstairs or that she was upstairs but with your recorder on I can def. make out the last word being 'upstairs'. You got some thuds and bangs but Ste's lone vigil was an impossible act to follow! We done 'our kid'!

Is there any reason why all the paranormal investigators never turn the lights on? I understand most of the times there's no light available, but often times there is and still you rather not use it. That was an amazing catch after you talk about the little girl there's a voice at 11 minutes 14 seconds that definitely sounds just like a little girl I can't make out any of it but that was crazy you acknowledge something but I don't think you're acknowledging the disembodied voice because it's not an EVP cuz it's not on the recording you're hearing it with your ears I don't know if you can hear it without the headphones but you can with the headphones for sure amazing catch as always
