Y'all should check out the University of Southern California(USC in LA) merit scholarships. They give around 25000 USD regardless of citizenship to selected students... PS : They gave airpords to selected students for their Business School.

Please can you do a list scholarship that International students can apply for and is transferable to any University/College, ie., scholarships that is awarded to the student and is not specific to a particular University. This will help an International student facing financial hardship and the current University has no financial support. Thank you
