Thanks David, yes me too 😂. It was great to get out with the Lads for this trip tho. And as usual I couldn’t put even a tenth of the total banter on it. But I do enjoy my own company as well. Hi Dave It wasn’t too bad to be honest, lots of ups and downs, but broken down into about 10 miles a day I really enjoyed it. I’ve started taking electrolyte tablets in the mornings before a long hike really helped me. Before I suffered with terrible cramps. ATB Steve 😃👍
