Cracking video Bob i featured in part of it i was tagging along until about mile 22 when you and Sanna kicked on your engines are far superior to mine 😁i had a shocker loved the event i just got alot wrong ways totally sapped my mind set everything but i will return to this plus other ultras my next goal is 100 mile .Massive well done on the slam 👏 respect mate

Great tour of the Ridum mate. Welcome to my back yard. Train on this route and surrounding area every week. Never get tired of the views up there and on the mountains opposite. Did the 2022 event and was supporting some Laddies around the course (recovering from an injury). Back again this year, maybe see you there this year.

How did you find it navigating around it my sense of direction is one of the things that puts me off doing a Ultra but am really tempted to give one a go one day!

Found it pretty easy for the most part! I remember getting slightly lost when the route went through a golf course as it wasn’t clear which trail was the correct exit from the golf course! 100% give one a go! Start with a shorter one that has easier nav, maybe a canal Ultra or a coastal ultra and then build up to one which requires more nav skills!
