Looking at a “Uforia” Panga to buy maybe - I’ve never owned one but the versatility is great - torn by Carolina skiff Dclass or a Panga - open to suggestions

I'm not familiar with the Dclass Carolina Skiff. What I do know of most of them is that they are not designed to be an offshore boat. The Panga I can speak for : Draws little water inshore, is very capable offshore and is very efficient.

I've moved up to a 115 hp and have improved GPH to 8.1 gph @ 25 mph

Thank you for taking the time to reply. I have been enjoying your videos What was the fuel economy with the 70 hp. Did you find it underpowered.

With the 70 fuel economy was best at 4400 rpm @ 7.5 mpg. The hull cruised nicely at 22 mph and planned easily. Top speed was 32 at 6100 rpm. I just felt like I was running the sh*t out of the engine all the time.. Now with the 115 I can back off the throttle.

I try not to fish on those days, But when the sea surprises you it handles it quite well. You just have to slow down to 20 mph or less.
