This workout is low impact, all standing, and apartment friendly! It's quiet and can be performed in small spaces. You can use this workout to burn calories and tone your muscles using absolutely no equipment!
WARNING: This workout features repetitive exercises. If you`re not a fan of repetitions, this workout may not be the best choice for you!

Hey, this was great, legs felt it! Clocked 3025 steps as stepped through cool down. Trying to incorporate toning workouts everyday as well as high steps count. Thank you❤

This is a squat based workout, so I don't recommend you try to modify this one. Whenever squats come up in other workouts of mine, you can just do deadlifts instead.

For my reference: Finished round one. 10 to 12 reps of squats then switched to walking. Next week finish 2 rounds!

I know that strength training should only been done 3 times a week if it’s full body but can these toning exercises be done daily since there are no weights involved?
