Welcome to your 30 min Full Body Pilates Workout! This Pilates class is a wonderful routine to strengthen your entire body, especially your shoulders, core and glutes! Keep your core engaged the entire time and think about sending your belly button towards your spine! If you need a break, feel free to pause at any time and focus on your breathing. Don't push yourself and always listen to your body! I hope you enjoy this 30 min full body pilates workout!

I'm sorry to hear that - you know there are only a few pilates exercises so there is always a chance a pilates workout is similar. I always do my best to write down my own workouts, but yes sometimes it can happen that it is not very different to others as I do get inspired by the classes that I take in my little town. But I can definitely tell you that I don't copy anybody and always try to find something new with every single video I make. I still hope you liked it, if not feel free to let me know! First try: OH SWEET JESUS THANK YOU FOR LETTING ME CATCH A BREATH OMG SHE IS GOING ON ALREADY ALRIGHT, HERE WE GO THEN - also, thanks to the strong burn in my muscles during and after your lesson I felt amazing afterwards! it was a challenging class but it left me with the feeling of being proud of myself for the job I did while trying to keep up with your strong body! it motivated me to try again and see if I can improve myself to a point where I can flow with your movements and feel stable while doing so. second try (two days later): alright, here we go again. this time I was able to catch a breath and go on right afterwards without feeling stressed at all. Improvements are happening already thanks to the way you are guiding this lesson! you are doing a great job, thank you!
