Hi Marina! I've been practicing along your videos for about two weeks now. They are simply amazing! I find the beginner level a bit easy for me but the intermediate a little challenging. So what I do is, with this video specifically, to slow the speed down to .75 and I can follow well with most poses. Thank you again for sharing yoga techniques with us. They've helped me a lot!

Week 4 day 5 complete! Somehow the whole idea of a habit changed through the time. Now, stepping on the mat is not a kind of deal or compromise when you have this voice in your head "you've promised" or "you'll never reach the goals if you skip days" or "look what you've already achieved, how can you just give up on it?". Now it's more like a natural routine, is just a part of each day. It doesn't matter whether you do all videos at once, or find time at different parts of the day. It doesn't matter whether you do it in the morning or evening, whether you had a hard day at work or not. You just do it. And feel better both emotionally and physically after the flow. And you feel grateful for yourself that you've passed through hard periods and didn't give up. And grateful for your, Marina, to create such amazing practices and what's more important - schedules with them, which doesn't let one laze sometimes and do a simple flow instead of strength workout. This is how we progress and step up every time we practice with you😘

Week 4 Day 5 (workout 2) done!! This is one of the practice I keep repeating, it has everything I love, faster pace, intense, strength, movement and flexibility flow!!! My favourite part is transition between skandasana and twisted lunge, it is exhausting for me yet love it so much !! Can’t wait for 3 new videos next week!

Usually i will warm up with 3x sun salutation a & b before doing any yoga practice video. But not with ur classes. I will save my energy for later because i know it will hard and intense. Especially if it is for intermediate level. LOL. Like any others classes, love this one too! Thanks Marina 😘😘

Reverse tabletop kicks is killer, and to do it in the 2 practices once i must brace myself. I also barely make the plank dips. Before I didn't dare go from wild thing to wheel but today i tried it and did it! Even i can't go back to wild thing and fall on my butt but it is totally okay and i just want to say "well done" to my self and everybody who done this whole sequence. It's really hard, it's push me beyond my limits. It makes me sweaty as hell. But it is worth it. To get stronger, happier and healthier as Marina says. Thanks Marina❤️❤️❤️ Week 2 Day 5 DONE✅

Week 4 day 5, I'm a little late! This practice was really tough and challenging, but very interesting at the same time. I have found very hard the transition from the wild pose into the wheel and I could not get it. As you promised there are also some transitions from warrior 3 very challenging for balance. The practice was very hard and very interesting ! We' ll get stronger! Grateful 🙏🌸

That transition is a little tricky. I did an IG post on it - might be it can be helpful ! And it requires certain flexibility and mobility so yes it might take time but you will get there because you practice with consistence and passion ! Much love !

Day 12...after a nice warm up and the total power yoga workout...this flow felt so good but sometimes my balance was challenging...and then ther was the reverse table top again...haha...my body feels so amazing now after the 3 practices...Also great transitions...the side lunges I need to work on the tempo...it's a bit to fast for me but I love your encouragement!

Side lunges as well as butterfly pose require practice. Ankle mobility, hip mobility, inner thigh flexibility, some deep core strength, flute strength !! Keep practicing and its all coming your way !!

This is a really great practice which include everything: strength, flexibility, balance... 👍🏻 The transition from twisted lunge to skandasana from one side to the other side was a little bit to fast for me, because I'm not good in skandasana yet, but I tried my best. 😅 All in all it is a really great practice, thank you for this, Marina! 🤗

Hello Satinder ! You might be absolutely right. I have a few fast paced classes on my channel ! Especially if they are intermediate and more advanced level classes ! this class is more of power yoga workout. So to give you an impression of a real yoga inspired workout I am moving faster and guiding faster. At this level I expect my students to know the names of the poses and transitions and be able to catch my words faster. So if you are new to my classes I suggest to try a few. Choose different titles, different styles. Something more like slow flow and then move to vinyasa flows and then to power yoga. I have 100 classes at the moment and they are all different. Hope you find what you are looking for.
