This 30 min workout timer, i prefered for a hiit back training using a Kettlebell exercises.
3 Rounds make any kind of workout plan very easy.
The 30 seconds rest between rounds help to take a sip of water and back for another round.
For this video, here is my training plan :
1. Kettlebell Row
2. Single arm Kettlebell Deadlift (Right)
3. Single arm Kettlebell Deadlift (Left)
4. Single arm Kettlebell Snatch (Right)
5. Single arm Kettlebell Snatch (Left)
