I jumped for 30 minutes on the first day, but my leg was sore afterward. Then I started jumping for 20 minutes. This is really a good amount of time for exercise.

Have over a 100 lbs to lose - using this in the morning for VERY light cardio - Rest - LIGHT weights (will increase as I become stronger). Grateful for this video.
