(30 Min) Restorative Springboard Pilates Class #2- Bennie Barre Pilates Studio

I am back with my second restorative class to encourage meditation in movement. In this session I would love to invite you to breath, flow through your body and release tension. This session is the perfect release for the end of the day, or a mindful beginning to your day. Anytime that you want to reset- release and restore: this is available for you.
Class Notes and Spring Levels:
Level 8- long springs- rollback bar
Level 1- long springs- foot straps
This class will include:
--standing series rolling and stretching through the spine
--long rollback series to engage the core and release tension throughout the body
--A unique foot in straps series to stretch and lengthen the legs while opening up through the hips
