Today is an upper body workout so be ready to turn up the intensity! We will perform straight sets of a strength move on one side of your body at a time for 3 rounds of 45 seconds each and then close it out with a 2 minute burnout at the end of the workout. I used my 10, 15, 20, 25, and 30 pound dumbbells so grab some weights that are appropriate for something as heavy as a row and something as light as a lateral shoulder raise for yourself. GO CRUSH IT!

Sydney you probably won’t see this but I just wanted to quickly say thank you, you’ve made working out at home for me so much more fun, I even bought myself a skip rope to use during this program! I love how positive you are every time that I press play. I’m living by your motto which is “Stop and breath, don’t stop and leave” and it’s motivating me to get through this program. Thank you also for not promoting unnecessary clickbait images that are pretty triggering to others, it makes working out even more fun. I no longer workout for my appearance anymore but to show up for you as my coach, and to get stronger!❤️❤️

Thanks for giving me the motivation at 57 to lift heavier after years and years of working out with lighter weights. I am loving the workouts and I can see a big difference in my strength. I was recently at a store getting ready to load a 40 lb bag of decorative rocks in my SUV. A kind gentleman asked if I needed help, and I replied “No thanks, I’ve got it” as I effortlessly lifted that bag up off the cart and into the back of my vehicle. Strong Grandmas Rock!

Upper body workout complete and my arms are toast! Burnt toast 🤣 Woowee 😳 My body was tired today and I struggled a bit with progressive overload. Soooooo this morning I woke up crazy sore in my arms after yesterday’s workout! When you started the first exercise I audibly said no I can’t do this. Then I contemplated shipping to the next day but I promised myself I’d follow each day through. Here I am at the end and I feel sooooo good! I could feel my muscles activated and working hard throughout. Thank you Sydney! I should also mention I’ve lost 15 on your programs since I started in March!

I am ALMOST able to keep up with Sydney in weights which excites me beyond belief! I started doing these workouts with 2-5-8-10lb weights and now I am using 10lb-30lb weights on arm days. August fan favs #8 done! Not gonna lie, I woke up feeling so down, like a cloud was over my head. As I finish this workout, I thought I wish I was in such a stellar mood like sydney when she shows up to these workouts. I then reminded myself that sydney isn't a God and doesnt have perfect days everyday, but she shows up and that's what matters!! Felt strong and have moved up in weight on almost all my upper body weights. Im now going to go do a 20 min stretch and get on with my day that I was dreading and NO MORE!! This was the best arm workout I’ve ever done! ✨🙌🏾✨ I struggle with doing too many push ups so the use of dumbbells was great. Loved the time under tension & really felt every single muscle working. Adding this to my list of favorite Sydney workouts 💪🏾🥰💪🏾

Awesome arm workout! I am finally getting back to working out with weights again, after my very serious lower back injury 6 months ago. It has taken a lot of work to get to the point where I can do strength training again (although still greatly modified!), and I am just so blessed to be able to challenge my muscles again! I have missed working out with Sydney all these months, and I'm so happy to be back. I'm not able to do all the workouts as presented yet, but I can do many of them if I modify the exercises to keep my back safe. Thank you for still being here Sydney, and I look forward to getting stronger with you as I move forward in my recovery.

Thank you Sydney for your amazing videos! I don't have a lot of time in the mornings and 30 mins is all I have and I never thought 30 mins would be a good workout. I used to do 1 hour cardio workouts and never felt strong but now realized that weights can make a huge difference in muscle building. WOW. I also love the pace in your workouts, they are easy to follow as I am new to using weights. I finally bumped up to 8 pounds! It doesn't seem like a lot but was scared of using higher weights due to my back pain. Thanks again! I love all your videos! You are amazing!

That workout was awesome. The weights I used ranged from 8 lbs to 15 lbs and I am so sore today. I love it!

The underhand rows and the back fly was the toughest for me. I'm feeling so much stronger now.

Loved this arm burner. Arms are on fire. I am approaching my 50th early next year and yes I finally have muscle definition on my arms and legs. Crushed this Friday workout 💪💪❤😁👍

Yess c’mon arm day! My triceps were pretty sore from yesterday’s workout but of course I made it to that cool down. Nice short burst of an arm pump, Sydney never disappoints! Proud of everyone here today! 💛👏🏾

Arm day is my favorite day. Thank you Sydney! Also, this morning after training I realized that we actually train like Chris Hemsworth, (aka Thor) trains with his coach. We do all of the exercises he does, minus the wheels LOL Thank you Sydney!

after yesterdays arm work IDK how i lifted these weights today. I had to godown in weight at times due to my grip failing but I never gave up! Great job everyone!

I wish you had more 30 minute workouts just like this one. I love the Tut and strictly just weights. I do this workout 5 days a week... Thank you for getting me stronger 😁

Day #12: I loved this progressive overload workout. Though I didn't have heavier dumbbells (I use 10 lbs/5 kgs weights), I made sure my form was correct with each rep. I crushed this workout! Thank you Sydney and Team :)
