Best workout ever for someone who's fallen off the workout wagon and spent too many long hours at a desk. This was exactly what my body needed. Saving and repeating this one, for sure.

This was so perfect!! I ended up taking two weeks off from working out due to travel and sickness. My joints and muscles felt so stiff and I wasn’t ready to dive into something heavy or high impact…this is exactly what I needed to ease back into my routine! Thank you!!

I sure needed this, even though its a slower pace it really stretches that achy core & hip areas after the last few cores workouts, always nice to have a stretching routine to follow because we all know we dont stretch enough lol. Thanks Amy!

The cat cow move was where my fitness journey began back in 1988. I was pregnant and that was one of the moves in lamaze class. So I started with that and a few other moves, then graduated to Denise Austin after my daughter was born and been working out ever since.
