This was great! I loved the flexibility exercises on the mat. Twisting on the mat and the happy baby always feels so good. Thanks for all the reminders on mobility and stretching!

I love these mobility workouts each week. I save these for my Sunday rest day. Doing just yoga or stretching doesn't do it for me but I feel so loose and flexible after the Thursday (Sunday) workout! Thanks so much!

Ooh, loved this mobility workout! I enjoyed starting with some light cardio and then going down to the mat for a good stretch. My sore hamstring and glutes really needed this! 🥰

I had to nudge myself to get to the workout today and am grateful for this really good all around joint and muscle stretch and recovery! It's a keeper; I will definitely come back to this one. Thank you!
