Done this at 30 weeks pregnant and it was a lot of fun. Had to slow down some movements but it was a really nice and low impact workout

Larie this was an amazing sweaty low impact workout, thank you! And BTW being a mom is hard, hard work and society continues to judge way too harshly. Never feel you have to apologize for saying you sometimes need a break or need to recover from a vacation. You’re doing a great job and giving your children a great role model. 😊

Good aerobic workout. I have take it easy with the arms due to a shoulder issue (arthritis) but I get the waist down in best I can.
