OMG!! this was my first ever attempt tonight using a Bosu ball 🤪. It is harder than it looks! And yes Chris I did say as a first time user..what the hell is going on 😂. What a great piece of equipment! Chris please can we have more Bosu workouts...this was brilliant!! x

This was awesome! Just got a Bosu this summer (husband found a slightly used one for $25!!!!!). I love these workouts. My knees were sore after step and a full body weights lifting this week. I wanted a challenge that would not strain my knee and was not overly exhausting. This was GREAT. I did the first 3 moves with a dumbbell which was quickly put back because this is challenging on its own. Fantastic!

This was amazing! Balance, core, LEGS!!! I will be doing this again. I looked at this one a long time ago and knew my new knees weren’t ready and now I did it and feel so good! This will definitely be a repeat leg workout for me! And I would love more like this. Such a great all in one lower body! 💕😎🙏🏻

I tried this one & liked it! Used to have a bosu, but i accidentally popped it while jogging on it. For good mornings, did 1 leg dead lifts. Did glute bridges and some abs on exercise ball. No weights needed to feel it during squats :)

I’m totally doing this again!! I don’t remember a workout we’re I was sweating so much doing controlled pace movements like this!! I loved this aooooo much!! The countdown clock was absolutely helpful! I could see how much longer I needed to hold a move or complete a set of them! Kept me going!! 🙌🙌🙌❤️❤️❤️

This was great. I cant hold much weight yet, but I got a couple 10s to build grip strength while working lower body. Cant plank yet but getting closer

I don't have bosu ball. I used my vibration plate, I had to change few moves, but it was very good. Bosu ball are so expensive, I am considering buying one. Do you think you are going to use it often now? Just to make sure if it is worthing buying one .🥰❤
