I loved this workout. Every single segment was just right. I looked up at the clock and could not believe we had been at it for 40 minutes already. The minutes absolutely flew by. Lots of giggles, you all had me laughing. (Favorite part: Chris using Louie for a weight!)

50 minutes goes by quickly! I am getting stronger by using 10,15 and 20 pounds as well as minimal modifications!
