I cannot believe how quickly the time flew by with this. When I first started stepping with you it was such a struggle getting through the hour long step classes. Now it feels like a breeze! I always stay and cool down but I was visibly cringing at the end waiting for the 100 repeater knees to hit! Lol imagine my relief when the bonus was the cool down! Lol thank you Chris!! - Kat W

I absolutely loved this!! Madison was so funny with her brother yelling at him to turn the timer on😂 Max did a great job he was right on top of things. And Marsha is freaking AMAZING!! I worked in nursing homes for years and had patients years younger than her in terrible shape because they didn’t take care of themselves. She is the ultimate inspiration and she is just beautiful. Another full body workout done! Feels great! Great arm and ab routine! Loved all of the oblique moves! My core is definitely stronger. And Premium is definitely worth paying for. I’ve had it for a long while and never see ads. I could not imagine ads during a workouts. Thank you!!❤❤❤❤

I really do love the minimal breakdown workouts. I find them so much easier to follow.❤❤ I's such a great mental workout too, remembering all the moves and put them together quickly is as much of a challenge as the physical movements. 😊😊
