I had this weird thought that I couldn't get a good workout at home prior to finding you. When I quit my job 7/2018, I just stopped working out. Fast forward to Mid-February/March when I found you on KZbin. Since then, I've lost 17lbs (!!!!) and so many inches. But none of that compares to what I gained mentally, physically, and emotionally! I look forward to crushing it every damn day with you!

Yeah !!!!! Ever since i started Sydney's videos I feel amazing!! I actually get sore every time I do her workouts! This is a good thing. Anybody that does her workouts should definitely keep it up!!! Let's do this!!🙌😊😁😁

CRUSHED IT!! I'm so glad and proud of myself for getting back into fitness! A month ago, I STRUGGLED to get up to workout by 6 and before then I ALWAYS slept in and NEVER workout anymore! 🤦🏼‍♀️ (Which is why I'm so out of shape😫) BUT now I'm getting up by 4:30 to be ready to work out at 5!!! Small consistent steps leads to BIG changes!!💪🙌🏼♥️🎉🥰

Thanks for being so unconditionally supportive. I have always loved your workouts ever since I found you for the first time like 2 years ago or maybe a bit more. The time I spend with you is fun and assorted and I always feel so accomplished and sometimes I hate your voice when it says “and final burnout: burpees!! 😄” and me: 😒😵. And there you have me, doing the damn burpees at the end of a 50 min workout, because like you said, I can give a little more 💕 I’m stronger that I really think, you were right.

Wow. Loved that workout. I love this month of 30 and 40 minute workouts. I'm sleeping better, waking up earlier and feel I can give it my all. ❤️

I have just purchased my medium band resistance and i cannot wait to start using it. i was challenging my self with just the weights so far and im SOOOO ready to pump it up! Thank you Sydney for pushing me everyday! i feel so much stronger and leaner!

Crushed it!! Thank you so much for the pep talk at the end. I don't know if it's the weather/season change or what, but I've been really hitting some crazy resistance. I've had to push through and tell myself I can do it, even though I don't feel like I'm doing a good job. CONSISTENCY right? Well, I'm trying and I'm so happy to have such an amazing support system in the Sydney Squad. I really appreciate you all and look forward to keeping dedicated to myself and my commitment to RC90!

The RC90 is coming at just the right time in my life - and I'm ready to rise to the challenge. Just did this video because the work out of the day wasn’t in my time budget. I have trust issues! Sydney never said “You have made it to your cool down” and I refused to believe she wasn’t about to throw a one minute burner in 😂

Per my Apple Watch the workout burned 133 calories. There weren't many variations that could have increased my output. I liked the workout and got a good sweat on.
