I had this weird thought that I couldn't get a good workout at home prior to finding you. When I quit my job 7/2018, I just stopped working out. Fast forward to Mid-February/March when I found you on KZbin. Since then, I've lost 17lbs (!!!!) and so many inches. But none of that compares to what I gained mentally, physically, and emotionally! I look forward to crushing it every damn day with you!

CRUSHED IT!! I'm so glad and proud of myself for getting back into fitness! A month ago, I STRUGGLED to get up to workout by 6 and before then I ALWAYS slept in and NEVER workout anymore! 🤦🏼♀️ (Which is why I'm so out of shape😫) BUT now I'm getting up by 4:30 to be ready to work out at 5!!! Small consistent steps leads to BIG changes!!💪🙌🏼♥️🎉🥰

Thanks for being so unconditionally supportive. I have always loved your workouts ever since I found you for the first time like 2 years ago or maybe a bit more. The time I spend with you is fun and assorted and I always feel so accomplished and sometimes I hate your voice when it says “and final burnout: burpees!! 😄” and me: 😒😵. And there you have me, doing the damn burpees at the end of a 50 min workout, because like you said, I can give a little more 💕 I’m stronger that I really think, you were right.
