October 25, 2023 I chose to add this one on to Reps Program, because it’s raining hard outside, so no walk today. This old one was fast paced and intense like the one uploaded on channel today. What was I thinking? Holy moly my glutes are toast! Great workouts today!!! 🥳. Thank you Sydney and Dustin! 🥵🍑

Twenty weeks pregnant and crushed it! I skipped the hopping and opted for step backs on the lunges but I’m feeling strong! So thankful I’ve been able to keep up with some of your workouts.

Whoa, I crushed it! 💪🏻😅. Legs were on fire, and had to modify towards the end of some of the intervals, but that's the idea. You're working hard enough when you almost reach the failure point, take a few breaths, then get right back to it! 😁

OMG! I had to modify because I am here in Charlotte for our Fitcation and didn’t have weights and I’m so winded! Used a 10 lb solid ceramic lamp base for my weight! 😂😂 buuuuuttt.....did I CRUSH IT? Hells yea! Fitcation let’s goooooooo! #sydneysquad

This was a doooooozy even the second time around. I was able to push 30lbers for a bulk of the workout which makes me PUMPED! I added this on to day 18s thigh&butt burnout so the burn was real! Let's see how well I can walk tomorrow 😂😂😂 #lovelegday

Crushed it! Although, I struggled with the hamstring pull-through‘s cuz my arms are so short; so I compromised by using my weights to give me enough clearance. Worked great! !
