Dear Paige and BODYBARRE... I did it this morning.. Before going to the office... In these days I have little energy but this morning I had some more and I did this wonderful circuit.... Very invigorating.. I sweated a lot... Wonderful... I would like to follow your circuits for several days.... I did some time ago your workouts for several days and the results are still seen.... Unfortunately I don't always follow the same channel because I love to change and give everything... BODYBARRE... PILATES... CARDIO.... YOGA.... TABATA.... WALKING... And then you are all very good instructors.... Thank you for helping me to download stress and depression especially in the period of the covid which we have not yet completely freed ourselves from and which has destroyed us psychologically..
