Still in love with everything in your workouts. I stopped looking for a perfect body, I started just trying to have a good moment working out and move because I love myself and want a healthy body. And THAT changed everything. The cool thing is that the side effect is that now, after months of doing your workouts minimum 3 times a week, I have a wonderful toned and flexible body without suffering and asking too much to myself. ❤

You've helped change the way I look at working out, Nicole. It's always been such a point of anxiety for me with having had anorexia, and exercise addiction in my past. I've always viewed working out as a means to be hard on myself, with almost an internalized aggressive energy attached to it. This is why I've gone through bouts of avoiding exercise. Thank you for your videos and for the energy you put forth into the world. I'm learning to view exercise as a means of self-connection and rootedness. Your work is meaningful.

very interesting, I am also a former slightly aggressive exerciser---it was how i handled stress and anxiety and i love sports.( i also suffer from all or nothing thinking that kept me in cycle of either overdoing it or nothing at all) But since breaking my foot have to accept i cannot bear weight for months and then surgery I love pilates because it soothes body and mind and i can use it to take of my body. Somedays i need slower versions and others I can energize with pilates when i need energy.

This is only the 2nd time I have ever commented on a KZbin video but this one is definitely worth commenting on. Even as a trained yoga teacher and ex professional dancer I struggle to maintain a balanced approach to fitness. I'm either working too hard or doing nothing at all. Losing weight gaining weight and feeling stuck.This is my go to holy grail of videos!! When I have zero motivation I can somehow get to this one and I feel an all around sense of stability and calm when I do. Summer 2022 I did this class three times per week paired with a couple of 25minute elliptical sessions each week and still sipped a rose each sunset. I lost about 5kg, my chronic back pain subsided and I actually had beautifully defined abs. I'm in my late 30's but I looked visibly different in about 5 weeks. Looking forward to getting back into it for summer 2023 ...and to converting more friends and colleague to "team Nicole". Thank you so much Nicole 🥰

This is amazing. I'm 15, and think this is so much better than any other kind of workout. With most other workouts, you spend about 75% of the time actually working, and when you're not working, you don't do anything. In this, you spend literally the entire 58 minutes working; even when you're resting, you're still stretching. Each exercise trains the entire body, too, rather than one or two, giving you actual strength and fitness, not just some mirror muscles. I know this is exactly what anybody who's into yoga. Actually amazing, I fully recommend to anybody else. Thanks Nicole

This is the 5th video I've done of Nicole's and with each one I love her more. She is so calm, real, and always verbally directs both breath and body placement. She does this so well that I usually complete her entire videos with my eyes closed, an absolute gift. She always says "I know you can do it" at the exact moment I'm struggling to continue. I am not one who loves Pilates when I think about doing my next class. However, due to the encouraging words and the way Nicole says those words, I find that to be a boost of needed optimism, too, at very well thoughtful moments within the sequences. Maybe I’m not as strong 💪🏼, physically, as anyone who doesn’t understand what I mean. However, I may be so strong 💪🏼 again in my lifetime; and, if I am, I hope I don’t forget to remain humble in knowing that strength doesn’t happen overnight. Remembering this helps with being humble, kind, and, compassionate in group exercise classes that are in-Person, like at a Gym, which is of great value because everyone has a right to be as healthy and strong as can be. I couldn’t have loved this any more! I have been practicing vinyasa yoga for 24 years and ashtanga exclusively for about 14 years. on a whim I decided to check out one of your videos and I was blown away but how much muscle I was NOT engaging during practice. After my first pilates work out I literally felt my metabolism switch on after activating muscles that were being neglected. I was amazed at muscles in my upper body that were also sore. Im feeling immediate benefit from strength, and will be doing your workouts 3-4 days a week to supplement movement because I work from home, and have noticed muscle loss from so much time sitting. thanks so much Nicole!! xoxo

I have been doing Nicole's videos for a few months now (3-5) times a week and WOW. I have gained so much strength in my whole body. I used to struggle through her beginner friendly videos and now I can do an hour long intermediate with only a tiny bit of struggle here and there. Moral of the story, keep going! Change will happen if you're consistent. Oh, and not to mention all of the compliments I've received since doing these videos. "You look fantastic!", "Your waist looks so small!", "You look so healthy!" Of course diet & stress levels also play a huge role. Thank you Nicole for helping me build not only my strength, but my confidence!

I have only started doing Pilates the last two weeks and didn’t know where to start or with who but found one of Nicole’s workouts. I found a few to try but after trying I coles it is so good. Being blind and can’t see at all the way Nicole explains everything is just great for me. I always did some sort of exercise but am having to slow it down a bit with my age and this is a good way to do it and i still feel i get a good workout and use my muscles. Thank you Nicole and helping me with working out and being so good at it.

I'm absolutely in love with this workout! I burned 310 calories, I never burned that much by doing fitness, what is surprising for me. Till the end of workout I wasn't feeling dead or something, just love it! I did it yesterday and today my back muscles hurting a bit, but I love that pain! 2 years after my 5th baby, I still hadn't gained core strength back, and was nervous to do many workouts because I needed something smooth and gentle. I also am very put off by the voices and energy of most online workout videos. THIS ONE saved me! I did this 3-4 times a week for a month, and got my core back! The gentle voice, grounded energy, and excellent workouts are wonderful. I try to do Nicoles videos at least 3 times a week to heal my back/hip pain, preserve health, strength and groundedness... thank you so much!

I love the longer length of this workout!! I am alternating between your three workouts that are longer than 45 minutes and would love more in the one hour range. Thank you so much for these. My strength and flexibility are increasing each day.

I love this workout. I have done it quite a few times now, and I've realized how much stronger I am getting. Some of the postures I had to modify when I first started doing this workout, and now I can actually do most of them properly. Still a couple to work on, but I'm getting there. Thank you Nicole. X

Hello Nicole,very nice workout just did it today morning, felt so nice and relaxed. I like doing yoga. This was my first pilates session quite similar to yoga. Please post such 40-50-60 mins videos in future. Thanks for this video.

The movements are explained and demonstrated well to be able to follow along easily yet this is still a challenging workout. Was using muscles I didn't know you could strengthen! Very well done

I decided to start Pilates recently as i wanted to have moment to myself to relax and improve my flexibility and after one session i already feel my flexibility returning after leaving gymnastics 3 years ago!! Will definitely be doing pilates more frequently

Hello Nicole! Thank you so much for this workout, I’ve been doing it for 5 months everyday and it’s just amazing. People constantly ask me about my workout routine and I always suggest to follow you and specifically this longer full body workout, I’m a dancer and I feel that this helped me so much even with balance and core. My body is completely changed after this, I feel very strong and toned, thank you so much for accompanying me for these months!

your work has become an essential part of my trauma work in CPTSD recovery. your gentle redirection and encouragement counteracts my fight or flight (which is how i used exercise before, landing me in certain burn out every time) and your pilates videos have increased my quality of life in more ways than i can count. they energize me more than i knew exercise really could and this pilates session in particular has helped me build muscle in my neck and back that alleviate pressure that usually leads to migraines. thank you a trillion times for this, it is helping me save my own life.
