Everytime I think there is no way I can wake up with muscle pain after a month of doing workouts, I still do! Muscles I don't even know I have start to hurt! Love all these workouts! Keeps me motivated and coming back! Usually I stop a program by now but I am excited every morning

I have road rash on my butt from working out yesterday on the back patio at the beach! Its burning like my muscles! I have not felt my body muscles this much in a decade! Thanks Sydney for the burn! I love it!

Thank you for these workouts. I've been doing them with you for maybe a year. Today I did this one because I needed something quick but to push myself because for the first time more than ever I'm doing the work because I love life and want to live and grow old. My family is relating to yours with a shocking loss, and is true this life is not guaranteed, time is not guaranteed, we're just gambling with our time. It's renewed my commitment to myself and my body to do the best I can. And thanks for your help.

Managed to push my 10kg dumbbells for the chest press for two of the rounds as well as stacking them up for the glute bridges which I've never been able to do before! Loved that workout, and the speech at the end - don't fear failure because that's how you get stronger - love it!!

God must of knew I needed today pep talk about failure,, i feel so much in my life i second guess myself wether it is studying to move forward in my career because I’m so frightened to take my test and fail,, or where it comes to push myself after i injured my knee, and I noticed I’ve been going into a depression this pass month trying to deal with all this thoughts of failure,, And today I decided to push myself into working out again after recovering from my knee injury,, and it was something I needed,, so you thank you for making these videos!

DONE! You know, I see if I want to get up and workout I can. I was finished at 5:58am. This just proves my theory to myself that I can do WHATEVER I put my mind to. I know I won’t be able to do the workout later on today. I proud of myself because I’m totally prepared for my weekend trip-bringing homemade chocolate chip cookies so these non-Sydney-ers won’t trick me into empty, meaningless calories with alllll the cookies and cakes and things. Also, I got my collagen peptides for daily consumption HIDDEN so the lady who gave birth to me won’t send me in a tizzy with all the questions🙃 Happy 4th everyone!!!❤️🤍💙 Thank you Sydney for this great burn!
