30 Minute Guided Self-Care Meditation | Breaking Down Barriers | Becky Hesseltine, Psychic Medium

Experiencing what it's like to receive and answer the inner calling to be full-filled in every possible way. When we find ourselves depleted, hollow, confused, and/or exhausted we notice these as a sign that it's time for radical self care/love. It's time to connect with the divine that is ever giving that is waiting patiently to pour it's love into us. This meditation helps us become available for the receptivity for that love. What we realized in the midst of doing so is that the divine is within and all around us and that we are one with the ultimate abundance that is the divine. Our needs are more than cared for and it's so natural for this to be so.
