He has helped me so much. If I meet anyone who suffers anxiety or depression I always recommend this video particularly.

This video taught me the only technique that worked for my overthinking, anxiety and staying present . Every time a thought comes to my head. I just say, Don’t evaluate . And immediately I stop thinking and become present. It’s life changing. Please try it.

@@ScurvyRascal i do similar thing. It takes practice. It's about recognising that those evaluations you are doing are not even real. It's all made up stories your mind is creating and you engaging with the mind. Recognising when it's happening is key. Then you can come back to the present and realise where you are and that its ok.

This video has become a regular part of my life since I discovered it last year. I went through a phase where I listened to it every single night for months straight. I have severe OCD and obsessive thoughts and whenever I have an outburst of bad thoughts I immediately come to this meditation and it brings my mind to peace. Peace I haven’t felt in years no matter how much therapy I’ve gone through. If you have awful obsessive thoughts just know you are not alone. I know the urge that comes with those thoughts. Don’t give in to the urgency. You and your thoughts are separate- observe from afar do not get tangled up inside of them. You are NOT alone. Peace to you ❤️

This has changed my life completely and is hands down my favorite guided meditation. I have struggled with chronic nausea and anxiety, but this guided meditation has changed that completely. I once was so sick I couldn’t even keep down food. I was constantly anxious. Now when I feel sick, I put on this guided meditation and it completely relaxes my stomach and makes the nausea go away. No doctor has been able to figure out why I was so sick, and I think it was all about past traumas and current fear mindset. This meditation got me out of that loop of ruminating thoughts and healed me beyond what most doctors could do. Forever thankful for this!!!!!! I recommend it to everyone. 💜

The best suggestion I could give to anyone suffering with depression or addiction or anxiety or any other sense of dis-ease would be to go do something for someone else. No matter how small or how large. Help someone. Love unconditionally and pull yourself out of your head. It's easy to get swept up by our mental and emotional hangups. Just breathe. Trust. Love and know that no matter what the situation is at this moment in our lives that we are all going to be fine. We are limitless.

I am not one to write comments often, but here goes... I was afraid to do this, to feel the sensations of my body because that is what has been causing me so much mental turmoil, grief, and worry. Accepting the feelings as they come and go. Visualizing my thoughts outside of themselves was very effective for me. It is like watching leaves fall on a stream, then seeing them gently float away downstream, letting them go. I have not felt this encouraged in a long time knowing that I am more than my thoughts. I think I have been damming up a river of life that is supposed to flow freely. This was wonderful experience. I feel better. Thank you.

This really helps. My anxiety has been terrible recently. I realized today that the source of all my problems was my insecurities. I am in constant fear of physical danger and of rejection, which has taken a lot from my life. However, I'm just starting college now and becoming an adult, so I've decided that now is a great time to change. I've heard many good things about meditation and this exercise brought clarity to my thinking. I'll be coming back here again, I want to make meditating a habit.

After the first time I listened to this it helped. After the 10th or so time it really helped. After that I was already exploring other methods of bringing peace into my life. Methods like meditation, yoga, simple walks or excercise, eating healthier, etc. It is a process but it all starts with simply breathing and giving yourself deep permission to relax. It all gets easier from there. Fellow anxiety strugglers please do not give up. Figure out a program that works for you and stick with it. Do something peaceful everyday and you will see change.

In my personal case overanalyzing situations is a survival mechanism because I live in a hostile environment with hostile people, and I feel I need to prepare for the blows they will land on me. Granted, I can never fully anticipate exactly how it's gonna go, but from my experience it's much harder to take the proverbial kick to the stomach if I'm not expecting it. So from time to time I really need these kinds of videos to relax and hopefully regenerate because living like this is extremely mentally and emotionally draining and takes a heavy toll on my physical health. These videos save lives, I'm sure of it.

*honest review:* since beginning of 2017 i have been in a sad place. I overthink a lot & find it soo hard to let go of my chaotic thoughts which always turn into abruptive emotions like self-doubt & hatred towards myself. Until recent, I decided I need a better mindset, a clearer more healthier one. & I came across this & have been listening to this particular vid/audio for few days now & am really feeling like my train of thought is improving. I seriously feel like most of my unhealthy thoughts are fading. Am not sure if that is just me putting too much faith into this & being naive, but I do feel like this is actually healing me emotionally & spiritually

I'm also in too much stress and pain to eat, it is so hard. Two years later I hope you found peace, I hope all of us do.

I absolutely love this meditation. I’m an Empath and a huge over-thinker. I’ve only used it for two nights in a row and I believe it’s helping to bring things to the surface for healing. I had a horrible nightmare after listening to it, but it was something that I had buried and didn’t deal with so it forced me to. I think I can find peace now. I’m going to listen to this every night. It’s also helping me sleep better! I’ve had such awful sleep issues for many years and I can only get through a few minutes of this meditation before I zonk out. I love Michael Sealey! His voice is just awesome.

By over thinking, you always want to escape the PRESENT MOMENT, the only moment that ever exists. By practicing meditaion u realize this and always try to stay in the present moment while avoiding the "inner chatter" that occupies your mind/consciousness.

Absolutely. I’m new to meditation and I have realized this is how it helps

7 years and i still go to this meditation first. Its on Spotify too for anyone who uses that. Having a particularly hard time at the moment. Currently anxious and absolutely terrified of that feeling. Feels so lonely. I hope anyone suffering feels better really soon. You got this 👍 xx

I am 68, so not starting college. But anxiety still remains dying, getting sick, husband dying, getting hurt, shot, etc. So, learn how to manage it now. Since starting meditation, I've been doing much better.

I am 16 turning 17 in 2 weeks and i am now realizing i need to overcome my social phobia so hopefully this helps out. I really wish I was as I am when it comes down to just typing on the computer... I feel like a really sociable person behind a computer but not in real life. Its hard for me to cope with anymore. My social anxiety is as bad as even when I simply listen to music in a classroom, I care what others think of my taste in music. I need to overcome this desperately...

+Lions You're not alone. I wouldn't say I have social phobia, but I definitely have a way to go in being a more sociable person. Good luck with everything, hopefully we both find some relief.

I’m blown away at how calm and relaxed I feel after listening to this. Training our minds- meditation proves that we have so much power to alter our own realities. I was overthinking a situation, filled with anxiousness and fear but I have released those thoughts and I feel so in control and empowered to keep going. I would recommend this before any method out there that help ppl like me to chill out. Everything isn’t as bad as it seems. Gotta take the time to analyze, process, but also reprogram our minds when those negative thoughts are flooding it. God bless y’all! #itreallyworks

Mr Sealy, I wanted to take a moment and thank you. The last two months have been awful, I sustained a devastating injury that required surgery, a breakup of a 6 year relationship, the death of a loved pet. All hyperbole aside, your channel has saved my sanity. I send your videos to friends in need of spiritual and emotional healing. Your work is important and appreciated. Thanks

This is amazing, I’ve been overthinking and stressing myself out so much. The anxiety has become bad!! But this just relaxed me so much! To the point I fell asleep with my headphones in! Which is crazy for me because I’ve never ever done that , it’s like a control thing for me that I can’t sleep with headphones in! & I actually slept a solid 12/13 hours! Which is like over double my sleep recently! We will all be ok, I hope everyone has someone supporting them x
