Thank you, that’s just what I needed on a cold winter morning, a brisk workout that got my heart pumping and broke a sweat. Easy to follow, and low impact on my joints. Thank you

Thank you. I can’t believe I managed to complete it. I might not be in love with sports after that, but I know that my suffering gets better. And at least I don’t cry at the end anymore 💀

Sharona your awesome I loved this last 30 days! so much fun! could we do a 2 min each day for 30 days = 60 mins challenge? Now that would be a awesome challenge that I would gladly take on lol! Thank you for the last 30 days of fun!😅😘💖

Hi! I have SO enjoyed this challenge! I appreciate all the work you put into these videos. And I can't thank you enough for making workout videos that are manageable. I have only had to modify once - jumping jacks are not my friend! 😅 I have a question - Is this challenge available for Patreon subscribers after the month is over or do the videos go away?
