Lower Body for the win!!! Loved working through this workout using dumbells, kettlebell and booty band and all I can say is "oof," the burn was real with a smile!! 🔥😄!! Great workout!! 💯👏👏

Work your lower body using dumbbells, kettlebells, or both. Start with one exercise, then add on for combos in 30-second intervals.

OMG Amy! These last few workouts are epic! Really challenging but feel amazing afterward it not a little achy! BUt can really feel strength building! Loved this one so much! Used two 20 lb dumbells for the squats and lunge sections and DANG I felt it in my legs and heartrate. So good.

Love love love this one. I like when you do single leg stuff. It helps me with muscle imbalances AND gives my legs more of a workout with what I have at home ❤

I LOVED the crunch moves! This should be called lower body and core! I had to alter the hinge for my bad back but everything was great! Thank you Amy for a challenging workout!

LOVE Love LOVEd this format Amy! My core is still a little sore from yesterday’s workout but my glutes hamstrings and core are feeling the BURN and loved it. Awesome combos too. Thank you Amy for another GREAT workout!
