AMRAP's are one of my favorite formats and I like how this one incorporated dumbells, and/or kettlebells, cardio and core all for the lower body!! Great workout, and as I write this comment, I can still feel my lower body muscles pulsating 😯!! All good, loved it!!! 👍🙌🙌!!

It’s Day #13 of your ACCELERATE Challenge! Work your entire lower body with some cardio and core mixed in during this AMRAP (As Many Rounds As Possible) workout. Circuits will use dumbbells and/or kettlebells with options for all levels.

I absolutely LOVED this workout! Time flies by, you get a complete workout, you get your heart rate up and you work your muscles with not too heavy dumbells and a kettlebell… I defenitely marked this video as one I’m sure I’ll be doing plenty more times. Also perfect lenght if you don’t have hours to workout in the morning. Thank you, Amy! And more more more of this please! ❤❤❤😊

love AMRAP and I loved the right side left side, I know it was still 4 mins but to me it seemed like less having both sides. I loved it and the plank incorporated into the cool down was great!!!

Great workout! I love amwrap because even if it’s not my favorite exercise I focus on the 3-4 min round and it seems very doable and goes so fast.

Compared to yesterday this workout flew. I’m loving the journey these workouts are taking me on. Been doing them for longer than I can remember but my body is so much better and stronger for them. Used to suffer with chronic lower back pain but now my core is strong and my leg muscles not so tight I haven’t had back issues for over a year. Thank you xxx
