At 70, I'm a bit slower on the transition from standing to mat, but that's what so great about being able to pause the video for a second. Really enjoy the AMRAP. I paired this with the upper body AMRAP because I was in the mood for a longer total body workout.

Love the right side/left side AMRAP, because it was great fun, effective and went by FAST! Also love the incorporated core in the stretching in the end. Definitely would love more workouts like this. And love the focus on either lower og upper body!Thanks Amy!:-))

Good stuff, Amy! I'm not sure why my inner thighs are still such weak sauce. I could not do those side plank with a lift with a resistance band, so I did the clam shells instead. I'd like to know how to get those stronger! I'm still only 6 months pp, though, so maybe in time. Thanks, as always!
