Loved it, Larie! I added on a 20 minute low impact cardio right before this. We hit the glutes and legs from all angles, in a good time frame. I'm glad you keep it real by showing that these exercises are hard for you, too! Wen I'm struggling and I look up and see you grimacing, it lets me know I'm right where I'm supposed to be! 😅
