This 30 minute workout uses bodyweight moves in a tabata format of 20 seconds of work, 10 seconds of rest, in 4 minute rounds. Strengthen and tone your entire body with safe but effective exercises for pregnancy. This workout is great for all trimesters of pregnancy, as long as you have been cleared by a doctor for exercise during pregnancy. Options for all fitness levels.
