I've been doing the same 3 Lita Lewis/SELF videos since March of 2020, and I truly don't know where I'd be without them! This has been my saving grace (outside of running and yoga) since gyms closed and, along with basically memorizing everything Lita says, I've gained so much strength in muscles I didn't even know I had. Thankful for this KZbin channel, and Queen Lita!

Harry Stevanio they have lots of workout videos on their playlist. I would just switch it up everyday. I’ve been doing them for nearly 3 months and feel great.

Reese just looked unphased through anything and everything. Just a big smile on him and never out of breath. Same with Lisa. She's literally commentating as she does all modifications and never gets out of breath Both of these individuals are peak

I’m loving these workouts. I would suggest watching the videos first so you don’t waste time during the workout trying to learn the moves.

Done her workouts for a week now when I started out it was rough my legs were sore and my back would even ache this made me realize how unfit I was I have been consistent and at the moment I have no pains, can’t wait to see the results in a month or so,love the way she instructs

This is a good hiit since it has burpees and a modified plank move. Works the entire core. 👍🏽

I love, love, LOVE these workouts...and Lisa Lewis!! She is the BEST!! She's CRAZY fit and strong, so positive and empowering, and thankfully the total opposite of the unrealistic "skinny minny" trainer with the squeaky high-pitched voice that kind of makes you wanna roll your eyes the whole time you're working out. My only critique of this particular workout "episode" is that there's little-to-no transition time between moves, so you end up losing time on your exercises while you're switching positions. Otherwise, I hope Lisa Lewis will be "starring" in tons more videos!!

The workout was very easy, it is good for the beginners. But still can be sweaty for the intermediate and advanced. overall it is a good workout.

Awesome workout that is challenging and gets the heart pumping, but not making you feel too exhausted at the end! Resting for 45 seconds between each round really helped with recovery and made me feel ready to push hard again on the next round!

Hi Thank you! Really enjoyed it. One thing, in the first rounds would be helpful to add 10 sec to rep time because by the time you show the exercise and describe it there is hardly any time of the 30 sec left. Thanks!

Thank you for the workout. Really enjoyed it. I love that you keep saying "no pace is wrong". I've discovered that I unconsciously play a playlist of coaching voices in my head telling me that what I'm doing is not enough. So, by you saying "no pace is wrong" really makes me comfortable with increasing my pace mindfully without sacrificing form.

The first time i did this around May 2020, i almost died and couldn't finish the circuits fully and properly. I avoided this video for quite sometime and focused to build my strength. 3 months down in Aug 2020, i just breezed through!! Feel proud of my body 😀👍

only towards the end did I consciously realize how much I enjoyed seeing someone who wears glasses in a workout video! As a person who also needs glasses al the time it's nice to see them on someone not just as the "too lazy to put in contacts today" version :)
