For anyone coming to this video at their lowest point, trust me, I've been there. I used to weigh 204lbs, at my heaviest. And, when I first this workout video, I could only get halfway through it, before I was bent over gasping for air. But, sticking to it every other day for about a year in a half, I have lost over 70lbs. That came with no dieting, just eating less, leaving myself hungry at first, but overtime, it gets better. If you're comfortable at the weight you're at, keep rocking it!! But if you ever feel as though you're in my shoes--just know that anything is possible :)

I've been doing this 4 times a week for the past 75 days, adding a healthy diet and some weightlifting, lost 25 pounds till now. And the beautiful thing about this routine is that every time you do it you get better and better at it, wich translates in a harder workout and massive sweat!!!

First tried this workout in spring 2019 and made it through one round of the warm-up. Tried again a few times since and made progress. This is the first time I made it all the way through! Some day I will do no modifications. One of the best workouts I've found on the internet.

I started this workout back in 2020, and it's now 2024, and I can finally finish the entire workout. DO NOT GIVE UP! I could only do the first warm up round and now I do the entire cycle and an ab workout. I love that the Leeta and Reese are so positive and acknowledge that this is a hard workout and that it's ok to feel pain. 💪😏

I started this workout about 3 months ago and have been doing it consistently 3 times a week. My legs have definitely toned up more as well as my abs! And I’ve lost 20 lbs since March but that also because I stopped eating past 8:00 and drink mostly water. Definitely worth a try!☺️

It's been a month since I started following this workout every morning. The day I had started, I could barely finish the 2nd warmup and was totally exhausted. @@Christina-lv4mu yes a lot.. My legs were kind of shapeless. Now it looks like a normal leg. Collar bones are visible, neck longer, there is 10 cm reduction in the measurement of waist, face fat all gone .. I look like I am weighing 55 kg. If you can, do emiwong planks because they are very effective exercises. It will take you only 10 minutes and you can do it for 1 month along with this HIIT Cardio.

Just found this workout as I was looking for a 30 minutes HIIT and this was perfect. Tough but certainly doable. Oh and by the way I'm a 70 year old female that KICKED it. I'm thankful I've kept up my exercising during the pandemic but I usually do my own thing. Good to have someone else to push you. Come on, there are no excuses. Thanks for kicking my butt.

You should store your goals in a weight loss app I recommend MyNetDiary you don’t have to pay. Because you can still use the app without paying its 59$ per year, which is not too bad if you’re the type of person that cares about saying money.

In one year I’ve been doing this workout sometimes 3 days per week, sometimes 2, and some weeks i didn’t. Combined with healing my relationship with food, trying to eat lees during week but total relaxing it during weekend, i’ve lost like 18 kg and maintaining it, with the variance of only 3 o 4 kg depending on my stress. I realized i’m not a gym girl, I don’t like go to gym and be with others persons, I feel like I don’t have time, I’m lazy to go. But I found what is good for me, what I need and what I really can do and sustain it in time. Find what is good to you even if it’s not the conventionally done. This is my only workout I literally have a chokehold with it.

I’ve been doing this start to finish every day for the last week and a half and I’m pleased to see the moves are getting easier for me and I can finish each circuit no matter what. Id say it’s 90% mental strength to keep pushing. Ive lost 10 lbs so far!!! Woot woot

Carla Zaouch I agree. On the first day I did 10 min and by the 5th day I was able to do the whole 30 min. I don’t believe my cardio improved that much in such a short duration, it was mainly my mental strength to push through the pain and exhaustion.

@@Amanda-hj6rb I mean you really don’t need videos for the other muscle groups. Calisthenics are pretty much all you can do without weights. So diamond pushups for triceps, wide pushups for biceps, incline pushups for bottom chest, and planks and sit ups for core.

I started this and quit after 4 minutes. Every other day I would come back and keep trying, while not forcing myself but taking my time instead of just quitting. I now make it half way, lol and continue to keep at it!

with a strict diet and intense 2 hour workouts 3 times a week, I lost 1 kilo a week. Just making sure that you're healthy and not stressing your body too much, since 3 kg a week could be dangerous. Stay safe

@@snehakhepar8066 Hey, here is mi diet: Breakfast: A glass of papaya juice (just papaya with a little water, don't buy papaya so ripe either, buy a little sweet) with scrambled egg (three whites, one yolk), if you get bored you can have a glass of Yogurt with unsweetened cereal For mid-morning, a broccoli, or a fruit, but the fruit is not so sweet, preferably an apple. At lunch, no rice, just the chicken or meat prey and a little stew. Let her forget about salads that are not green, since tomato is carbohydrate, and we do not need that. In the mid-afternoon, 10 or 5 chestnuts, I only eat 5 because it doesn't fit me And in the evening, you can eat half a can of tuna with salad, or the same in the morning And that's it, try it. Good luck :)
