5:25 shoudlnt it be "potrzebujemy mleka i chleba" ? when you use potrzebować, shouldn't the subject be dopełniacz?

Well, it should be, but we don't say like that in Poland. If you added "trochę" (Potrzebujemy trochę mleka i chleba na śniadanie) or something similar you could say it in dopełniacz
