I was at that game where the sprinklers were activated, it was a 2 hour delay while they dryed the floor and people are actually carded off on stretchers that were sitting at courtside. The damn game didn't end till almost 1:00 in the morning

Here come the "this era is so soft" comments. Look tough guys, the NBA made a choice to "referee out" all the extra contact and verbal alterations ok. Just like football banning head to head hits, doesn't make anybody "softer" it's just how we play the game now. Don't like it, stay here. And enjoy the reruns of unskilled slow footed giants throwing hands instead of free form beautiful basketball we get today
