This sheet cake comes together in less than 30 minutes and uses simple pantry ingredients. The ganache frosting is perfect as doesn't melt on the warm cake and provides a rich and decadent frosting.
3 cups all-purpose flour
2 cups white sugar
1/3 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
1 teaspoon salt
2 teaspoons baking soda
2 teaspoons vanilla extract
2 cups cold water
2 teaspoons distilled white vinegar
⅔ cup vegetable oil
Bake at 350 for 18-20 minutes
