I don’t think Secure Ops is gonna be a timed event, unless by 'timed event' you mean it’s only open at certain times of the day. Plus, the devs mentioned Secure Ops as part of ABI’s future update

one thing i liked about secure ops, is for hardcore gamers who want or usually wear 80,000. they will be able to enjoy the full set up they experience they want without worries.

you need to make it / register first. after doing so, you can login by using two methods 1. email and code 2. email and password just choose it, but the second method is easier than the first one. hope that'll work.
