30 note music box: are you having same problem as I ?

I have 2 motor-driven 30 note music boxes, and the same strip of paper works perfectly in one, but in the other it makes it fail. The plastic cogwheels have worn out/ deformed so the motor spins but the paper does not move forward. Are there other fans with the same problem ? Has anyone solved it ? has anyone managed to order replacement parts ?
