Such a lovely and relatable video! Sometimes all you see on youtube is influencers travelling all around the world because a brand has taken them there- that’s all nice and fun to watch but your videos are so comforting and grounding. Just a small feedback, if you do work related vlogs again it would be nice to see time stamps too to see where you’re at along your day. It’s crazy to me that you’re working past 6pm on some days!

Seeing someone else going through the same things is so refreshing. Sure, it's cool to see influencers living it up with all the luxury, but let's face it, that's not our reality. Love the vlog Tisha. So for sleeping, I struggle with that too but what I've noticed that has helped me, besides the magnesium lol is to journal right before going to bed, just journal about the day or really whatever comes to mind. I feel like it just prepares your brain for sleep and also for a new day. 🌞

In order to establish a morning routine, I find it helpful to also have a night routine. To wrap up the day and let the body know it is time to relax and sleep. It helped me a lot :)

Hey!!!! Finding a place in New Jersey was easier than in NYC. I do really like downtown JC too! I would recommend to look both in NJ and NYC. How many days will you be in the office? also getting a camera for jhaape was really helpful too!
