Fucking hell. I like 30STM and Jared, but come on, freewheel and brake on a track-type bike? Get a fixed cog, lock it, and have some foot retention on your pedals. Later on remove the brake. There. I get that those aren't the type of guys to skid around like mad and run alleycats on a weekly basis, but I'm still kinda upset by the misuse of track bikes and FG in general.
