Quite interesting concept. Govt may raise tax for freebee. Otherwise the govt has to borrow money. However in the last 10 yes govt loan has increased multifold, RBI reserve has been drained, indirect taxes has been increased, PSUs are being sold, railway platform and airports are being leased.
