I have recently purchased this air fryer for my daughter and son in law. I find that it runs a bit hot; but it is better than preheating a full size oven which takes forever...lol. I have not tried the dehydrating yet. Thank you for the encouragement.

I am glad that most times I have eaten before I watch you two making and enjoying your delicious food. I think I say this every time that I would love for you to tell us more ingredients as you are preparing. I love to make okonomiyaki and I have recipes from Japanese American cookbooks or youtube, but I would love to see how you make it. What were those cabbage balls?? I was thinking about getting a dehydrator, but now may just get an air fryer:) FYI: In western astrology, at the age of 29...( a little before and a couple of yrs after)one experiences their "Saturn Return". So it is intersesting that you and Yukina were married during it. "Saturn Return" is a significant time in a persons life...could be positive and could be negative and it happens every 29 yrs. Yours was absolutely positive...how fortunate for both of you.
