I’m naturally a very quiet person. My workplace is full of nonstop chatter and loud laughter. I like that every now and again, but my quiet demeanor sometimes makes me feel self conscious. Your video helped give me reassurance that there is something special in silence. I like seeing what life is like for you in Finland. My grandfather and his family moved to the USA from Finland about 100 years ago! I know times have changed, but I appreciate learning a little more about what Finnish culture is like. Thank you for sharing your moment full of peacefulness. Having a time of silence is a gift and time to love ourselves by getting to know our purpose and reflect our connections in all that surrounds us. I hope and pray one day I will be able to save and spend 3-4 weeks vacation in Finland. God is great coz I have now a close and first cousin who receive opportunity to migrate her whole family. I am elderly and my life is mainly focused on simple things. Sanna, I love your video. I love Finland too. I spent both a winter in Hyrinsalmi and a summer in Jalisjarvi where my grandparents lived on a farm in the 1800s thru the 1900s. I sometimes dream of being born in Finland and living on that farm. I spend my life alone, quiet and not get caught up in the day-to-day noise of the world. I live in the Sierra Nevada mountains.
