This situation bears a striking resemblance to what Coffeezilla described in his last video. Basically, there was a merch company named Revolt that partnered with a bunch of creators, including MrBeast and CorpseHusband. The owner of Revolt misappropriated the funds while essentially using the payment for current and upcoming deals to pay for existing liabilities in debts while not paying for warehouse storage and other logistical costs, causing the loss of a huge amount of purchased products. This situation and the shit with Ryan P at Revolt are both essentially Ponzi schemes where a scammer took money from their business partners and didn't deliver products to their customers. I hate how common this seems to be.

I'm not a lawyer and this is not legal advice. I strongly, strongly recommend that anyone involved speak to a lawyer with any evidence they have. I know that in the video, it was mentioned that the act does not rise to the level of wire fraud because of the intent component. Unless someone said that in a legal consultation with evidence laid out in front of them, I do not believe that. It is absolutely worth pursuing, and he may potentially be compelled to pay attorney's fees. He is also absolutely not judgment proof; he clearly has money judging from the house and the tweets. And as someone from the outside looking in, it is absurd for someone to say that they don't want him to pay them after legal proceedings because it may deprive others of the payment they deserve. Let the court figure out the order that people get paid in. The point is his victims need to see justice.
