You should try Falcon BMS 4.37.4 and soon 4.38 with PBR.

Better than i would have expected, 25 fps+ can be very playable for a flight sim if its stable, did you try turning on Upscaling FSR? not sure it would have any meaningful effect since the fps is too low though

FSR or other settings are greyed out and don't work/enable. Even on my other PC it's still greyed out.
