I so love your art and content. You are hugely brave. As an artist, I don't like sharing....anything. mental health is almost more important than the physical. You can't get better physically when you're weighed down by everything else. When you can't focus because of the overwhelming issues in our lives. Stay strong, Anthony. Prayers
@Tazer_Silverscar7 ай бұрын
Don't apologise for needing help. I know we find it really enormously hard to get help when we need it (as an artist with what used to be called Asperger's myself, I understand it all too well), but there really is no harm in asking for the help we need. We should never face these kinds of problems alone. I know that when you go about making things like wish lists and things like that, you really need to remember - without you, your business does not exist. There are no other employees. YOU are the business. So yes, it is absolutely okay to include personal things on there. We always feel alone, and it's perfectly fine to accept you feel that way and own it. Because I know we're not physically alone, we're alone in our heads. And that's a really hard thing to cope with. But it's for exactly that reason that we need to latch onto the things that keep us feeling positive, and that reminds us, that even though we may not feel it often - we are loved. We can get through this. And it is never wrong to ask for the help we need. ❤🧡💛💚💙💜✏🖊✒🖌🎨 YOU ARE LOVED ❤🧡💛💚💙💜✏🖊✒🖌🎨

I have seen a few other KZbin artists use ShinHan Touch markers and they have always shown really great results. The price Is crazy though so I know I'll never be able to afford them but I'm happy that people came together to give you something off your wishlist. I love seeing that. On a separate note, I have been through a lot in my life too. I have come out the othetside every time somehow but believe me, I know and understand the struggles and how hard things are. How sometimes holding onto your own mental health is so difficult. It's one of the most difficult things anyone will ever deal with I believe because the fight you have against yourself is so much more challenging than any fight you'd have against someone or something else. But you aren't alone. I, and others out here are here for you Anthony. You are cared for by so many and can reach out any time. You always have my support in anything and everything. I'm rooting for you and believe in you. ❤ you got this. Even if it takes time. You will be okay.

Shinhan Touch Markers are no imposter LOL They are one of the original alcohol markers I remember in the 90s. After looking it up I found that the Shinhan Touch Markers were released in 1992 whereas W&N Brush Markers came out in 2015. Just thought I'd mention this. You'll notice as well that the Shinhan Touch are the original numbering system that MANY other alcohol now use (or used). Shinhan Touch brush were one of my first big collection of alcohol markers, along with Prismacolor - they were ready available at my local Canadian art store then. My Shinhan markers that I bought in those box sets a decade ago are STILL going! Except for some of my most used - glad that they have refills for these markers :D There are SOOOOOOO many budget "Touch" markers out there. Of course, Shinhan will have their brand on them and they feel so much more expensive when you pick them up. I bought a set of these cheap dupes and many began drying out after a few months, particularly the lightest colours. Can't wait to to see the comparison vid for these! Another great vid and super cute bunnies!!!!

Hullo Anthony, I purchased a set of Touch Twin brush markers when I was looking to move on from Copic's. The Chisel nib is for Architecture students and professional users who make client proofs! I have since moved on to Ohuhu as they are now selling individual markers as well as nibs for replacement and ink refills! They are THE COPIC KILLER! I know that the Touch markers were one of the very first alcohol markers and they are considered the BEST by many, I feel they are tops too! I just cannot afford them these days. So Ohuhu is my new brand of choice. I do hope your doing better, I did read you end notice and believe you can get through this trial in your life. So many of us struggle in simple everyday struggles and when it gets piled on we feel as if we will not make it. Please hang in there and believe in yourself and come out the other side, we know you can !

No Shinhan has been around since the 70’s-and started exporting in the 80’s. It’s just that their name of their markers-“touch” is just used for all other offbrands. If they don’t say Shinhan anywhere on the packaging then they’re knock offs

You should really be called the marker king and make the Guinness record for how many you own. I hope you are doing better Anthony. Its good to see your face and a cheap vs expensive video. I learn so much from your reviews. I actually like the chisel nibs and brush nibs, both have their purpose. I mainly use the chisel to fill in large areas of color and the brush is more precise and blends better. The fine point gets line work and detailing.

I'm pretty sure that I've had a small collection of ShinHan Touch Markers waaaaay back in the 20-teens, or a bit before (maybe 2007 or so?), I can't remember the dates anymore because I'm old XD I do remember they were black, though, completely rectangular (no concaving on the lids), and they came in a clear hard plastic box/case. And, if I remember correctly, they were the set of 12 pastel colours, because I love pastels, and I use pastels as a base colour for my drawings, and then coloured on top of them with either other marker shades and stuff, or pencil crayons. ....Apparently, they're forgettable, because I can't remember if I liked them or not! XD They were among the markers that I gave away when I went through my burnout, I wanted them to get used and not dried up. So, it was fun watching your comparison in this video :) Which...I now have N&W brush markers....and I rarely use them....I need to remedy that at some point...

Being a biological unit we suffer broken things; broken leg, broken arm, broken brain. All heal and mend with time. Professional help is 50% of the solution the other 50% is your response and desire to get well. I should explain, I was a community psychiatric nurse and qualified way back in the 80s. So, you could say, I've seen a lot and hopefully helped people. I taught most of my patients to identify where they were right now and where they wanted to be. Then, we built the bridge between the two. We took problems and reduced them into tiny small manageable pieces that were surmountable. When you feel overwhelmed everything is magnified, especially bumps in your life. It's how you respond to those bumps that need the adjust. We all have a strength inside we never imagined possible. Sometimes the map to it is windy and off the track. Providing you get to where you want to be then the beginning the journey is a battle won. Win those battles.

The price difference is actually not that big if you take into account the number of markers in each box. 204 vs 75 is quite the gap and the price per marker comes out at slightly above 1 USD more per marker. If you matched the Promarker set with the Touch set, marker for marker, then it'd cost around 850 USD. Still a lot cheaper, but much closer to the Touch price range than you'd think from the tone in the video. The Promarkers are a better choice, I feel. Seems that every set of marker has to have some drawback. The Spectrum Noir markers dry out *insanely* fast, I notice (I also really dislike their bullet nibs). And Promarkers have a tendency to overflow (not sure on the word choice, basically it's the opposite problem). The Touch markers seem to bleed more than the others. Pick your poison, I guess.
