Every time I see the drone shots of the outside with the grounds in front I literally have my breath taken away! I know there is a life time of projects yet to come but at this stage it is just so beautiful, majestic, and exquisite. Every step has culminated into this. I just so love seeing the process. My lovely Sunday vlog in the stone cottages in the Italian Dolomites just bought a whole bunch of old wood windows and built and gorgeous green house with them so the sides could open when hot…. You could do something like that large enough to house all your large pot plants to winter them and not have to rebuy them each year for the white urns.

Must say Terry, you never do anything halfway. Doing the wood grain is going to be a massive project, but as with everything else you do, it will be stunning when you are done. I am late with this one but thought would be easier to get ceiling plaster-boarded then mist coat but I guess it doesn't matter. I hope if you decide on a ceiling rose you will attempt to make one yourself as you have the moldings maybe with mdf. Well done team Lalacelle I bet every person who sleeps in that ceiling paneled room however simple it might be will be in awe of your patience and handiwork Terry :) as will of all the hard work of your volunteers.
