3000 RPM Bench Grinder using 12 Volt DC Motor DIY

In this video I am going to make at 12 volts 3000rpm Mini Bench Grinder using an old 12v DC motor ( long shaft ). Power rating of the DC motor is 250 watt .It is a permanent magnet motor.
Also, I have used the simplest possible method for making this project and it works really well.

Идея хороша, но не идеальна! 1 . В изделии наблюдается не сбалансированость насадок, из-за чего наблюдается биение и жеткая вибрация. 2. В изделии недостаточно точек опоры (2 подшипника в моторе на таком длинном вылете вала с грузом быстро выведёт тз строя станок), нужно добавить по 1 точке крепления поднипника для вала.

Такая штука не безопасна. Если наждак разлетится, мало не покажется. Обязательно нужно делать защитный кожух и прозрачную шторку для защиты от летящего абразива. По моему мнению, проще и дешевле купить в магазине готовый.

У меня разорвало алюминиевую чашу с алмазом ,я стоял в плоскости вращения камня и не было ни какой защиты диска. Просто чудом в меня не попало осколками. Побило стену напротив и в деревянный потолок воткнулась половина чаши. Тогда мне повезло.
